Who We Are

We operate an independent, algorithmic matching service (the “Service”) on our website (the “Site”). Our goal is to connect you with third-party Marketing Partners that may offer personal-finance-related products or services (each, a “Solution”) that align with information you provide. Not A Provider. We are not a lender, creditor, debt-relief provider, credit-repair organization, financial advisor, broker, agent, a government program, or a representative of any such entity. We do not make credit decisions, loan pre-qualifications, or debt-settlement offers, and we do not provide financial, legal, tax, or credit-repair advice.

Compensation. Our Service is free to you. We receive financial compensation from Marketing Partners for connecting you with them, linking/redirecting you to their sites, and/or sharing your information with them so they may offer Solutions to you. This business model enables us to provide our Service to you free of charge, while also generating revenue, improving our Service, and sustaining our operations. If you are uncomfortable with our Marketing Partners processing your information or if you do not wish to receive marketing communications for Solutions, we advise against using our Service.

How We Find You a Solution

Based on information we obtain about you (from the Site, our affiliates' sites, and from third parties), we may, at our discretion:

• Redirect you to a Marketing Partner's website;
• Provide links to Solutions; or
• Share your information with a Marketing Partner (e.g., via API) so they may contact you about their Solution.

We may check your Consumer Report. With your written authorization, we may obtain your consumer report (e.g., credit score, total debt) from a consumer reporting agency to assess eligibility for Solutions. This inquiry is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score. If you choose to apply for a specific Solution, the relevant Marketing Partner may obtain its own consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), which may be a hard inquiry and may affect your credit score.

Important Notes:

• We do not guarantee that you will be approved for, or will obtain, any Solution. All final eligibility and approval decisions are made solely by the Marketing Partners.
• We do not endorse or recommend any specific Marketing Partner or Solution.
• We do not validate or investigate the licensing, certification, accreditation, or other qualifications of any Marketing Partners.
• We make no representations or guarantees about the terms, rates, quality, or suitability of any Solutions.
• We do not submit applications or agreements on your behalf. You must review and submit any application directly with the relevant provider.

You Are Responsible for Checking Solution Terms

Solution terms, rates, and conditions are set exclusively by the relevant provider and may differ from what you requested. We strongly recommend you carefully review and compare Solution offers from multiple providers before making any financial commitments.

You May Receive Marketing Communications

By confirming your phone number or email address, you consent to receive marketing communications from us and from Marketing Partners via email, calls and text messages (SMS). These communications may include promotional offers related to loans, credit monitoring, banking, and other financial products. Providing consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of obtaining any product or service. Message frequency may vary.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. To opt out from emails, click “Unsubscribe” in any marketing email. If you no longer wish to receive calls and text messages, reply STOP to any text message. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We Value Your Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. While we strive to ensure the privacy and security of your information, we do not control the privacy practices of third-party entities. We strongly encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
