To provide to you financial products or services online, Marketing Partners (product and service providers) require your consent to use and accept electronic signatures, records, and disclosures (“E-Consent”).

• You understand that you may request paper copies at any time.
• You are providing E-Consent to conduct transactions electronically as required to complete your request for services with Service Providers.

Your Consent to Electronic Records

By agreeing to this E-Consent, you are giving your permission to receive all required disclosures, notices, and other communications (“Disclosures”) related to your services request in electronic format rather than on paper. You also agree to use electronic signatures for any agreements, notices, or forms, and to conduct transactions with us, and Marketing Partners that we contact you with electronically. This E-Consent applies to all current and future interactions between you, us and Marketing Partners.

Option to Receive Paper Copies

You may request paper copies of any Disclosures by directly contacting the relevant Marketing Partner. They may send these to you, though some may charge a fee.

System Requirements

To access and retain electronic records, you will need:

• A computer, smartphone, or other device with internet access.
• An email account.
• An internet browser with at least 128-bit encryption (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer).
• Software to view PDF files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader).
• A printer or secure storage device if you wish to retain a copy of any electronic records.

Withdrawal of Consent

This E-Consent is required to use the Service and to receive disclosures and communications from us and participating Marketing Partners electronically. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@myofferspilot.com. There is no fee to withdraw. If you withdraw, you will not be able to continue using the Service or receive electronic disclosures/communications about Solutions; you may still request paper copies directly from a Marketing Partner, where available. Your withdrawal is effective after we have a reasonable time to process it and does not affect the legal effectiveness of any disclosures or signatures already provided electronically.

Updating Your Contact Information

It is important to keep your contact information up to date. To ensure you continue to receive electronic communications, please inform us, and the relevant Marketing Partner directly, of any changes to your email or physical address.

Confirmation of Your Ability to Access Electronic Disclosures

By agreeing to this E-Consent, you confirm that you have the hardware and software necessary to access and retain the electronic records and Disclosures described above.
